We provide high-quality real estate media for agents, builders, and property owners across Massachusetts. This role is ideal for someone who already has real estate photography experience, owns their own professional equipment, and is comfortable working independently at residential properties. Compensation 30% of each completed job Paid per project Flexible, contractor-based opportunity with potential for consistent work as the business grows What You'll Do Photograph residential real estate listings, including interiors, exteriors, and detail shots Capture cinematic walkthrough and social-media-ready listing video when requested Fly drone photo/video when appropriate and permitted Deliver organized RAW files or footage promptly after each shoot Represent the company professionally with agents, homeowners, and occupants Follow shot lists, property-specific notes, and quality standards Required Qualifications Based in Massachusetts and able to travel locally for shoots Real estate photography and/or videography experience Own professional camera gear suitable for real estate media Wide-angle lens appropriate for interior photography Gimbal for stabilized video work Drone and active FAA Part 107 certification Reliable vehicle and ability to travel to properties Strong communication, punctuality, and attention to detail Comfortable working independently and adapting to different homes, lighting conditions, and client needs Preferred Qualifications Experience creating vertical video content for Instagram, Reels, or TikTok Familiarity with Zillow 3D tours, floor plans, virtual staging, or Matterport is a plus Basic photo/video editing experience is helpful, though not required for every assignment To Apply Please send: A short introduction about yourself Your portfolio or examples of real estate photo/video work A list of your current gear Confirmation that you hold an active FAA Part 107 certification Your general availability and areas of Massachusetts you are able to cover We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and excited to help create media that makes listings stand out.
