Responsibilities Film residential and commercial property tours and promotional content Edit short-form videos for social media platforms Create captions, graphics, thumbnails, and basic motion elements Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content Assist with content publishing and campaign execution Qualifications Experience in videography and video editing Familiarity with Xiaohongshu (RED), TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms Strong visual storytelling skills, composition, and attention to detail Proficiency in color correction, subtitles, and thumbnail design Prior real estate media production experience is a plus Additional Information
