We are seeking a talented, energetic, and highly professional Lead Wedding Photographer to capture our clients' most memorable milestones. In this role, you will be more than just a camera operator; you will serve as a visual storyteller, a calming presence, and a director during fast-paced, high-stakes events. The ideal candidate blends exceptional technical skill with the emotional intelligence required to navigate complex social dynamics under pressure. Key Responsibilities
Event Coverage:
Document the entire wedding day, including getting-ready moments, first looks, formal portraits, ceremony details, and reception highlights.
Crowd Management:
Direct and organize large family groups and bridal parties efficiently and politely to maintain the timeline.
Client Experience:
Serve as a supportive, reassuring guide for couples throughout the day, keeping energy high and stress low.
Timeline Management:
Coordinate closely with wedding planners, coordinators, and videographers to ensure no critical moments are missed.
Artistic Direction:
Deliver creative, well-composed, and beautifully lit imagery that aligns with our brand's visual identity. A list of candidates' equipment and a portfolio is necessary to be considered. Include the list of your equipment (Cameras, Lenses, flashes etc....) and a link to your Portfolio
