Us:

Competitive Pay:

$19 - $23 per hour, depending on your experience and portfolio. Training starts at $18/hr, with a training period of just 2 weeks or less.

Flexible Hours:

Work 32-45 hours per week, with seasonal fluctuations. Enjoy more flexibility during slower months.

What You'll Do:

Capture Beautiful Portraits:

Take professional Senior Portraits of Formal, Cap and Gown, and casual outfits. Providing a great experience for our Senior students.

Setup & Prep:

Arrive on-site promptly to set up your equipment and prepare for a seamless photo session. Maintain a

Smooth Workflow:

Manage your time effectively to keep everything running on schedule.

Ensure High-Quality Photos:

Deliver consistently outstanding images that families will cherish.

Accurate Data Entry:

Input student information into the software with attention to detail.

Team Collaboration:

Assist other photographers and support staff as needed to ensure a successful shoot.

Professional Representation:

Uphold VOS's high standards by maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

What We're Looking For:

Photography Experience:

Previous portrait photography experience is required. Ideally, you've worked multiple markets in a high-volume environment such as school photography, and have an intermediate to advanced skill level. Please include a portfolio showcasing your work when applying.

People Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with children, parents, and staff. You'll be working with a dynamic team, so being a team player is key.

Reliable Transportation:

Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation. (Rideshare services like Uber are not acceptable.)

Background Check:

Must pass a standard background check.

Schedule Flexibility:

You must be available for early mornings and be able to stay until the job is completed (typically 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, weekdays only). Some rare weekend shifts may be requested.
