Job Requirements Saint Louis, MO Top Secret/SCI Polygraph Unspecified Career Level not specified Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salaries Job Description Overview Bowhead seeks a Graphic Designer/Photographer to support the Office of Corporate Communications at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). Responsibilities Provide design and layout support, text processing, page mark-up, graphic scanning, large and small format printing, sign marking, engraving, mounting & laminating, and any other creative design support. Services rendered are required to be entered into NGA's online application via the Local Work Order Tool and made easily accessible by the Government. Shall stay abreast of new and potentially evolving software packages which may be useful for NGA in the future. All products shall be reviewed by the Graphic Design Lead Key Positions to ensure there are no grammatical, typographical or compositional errors. Will design products for printing on digital presses, which can differ from other design and layouts. Provide high quality, professional digital photography to include, but not limited to both portrait and on-scene photography. On-scene photography can involve, but not limited to, accident investigations, building maintenance, events, award ceremonies, group photos, and photo-journalism. Proper caption writing techniques shall be required for all photographs. Other duties as assigned Qualifications 3-5 years of relevant experience in the career field of and graphic design and Photographers must use the Nikon Digital camera systems and Adobe Creative Suite / Creative Cloud software. The camera systems will be provided by the Government as government furnished equipment (GFE). Must have detailed knowledge of the entire Adobe Creative Suite / Creative Cloud graphic design software package on a Windows platform. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
