As a commission-based photographer, you will have the unique opportunity to work independently while collaborating with clients to capture high-quality media that highlights the distinctive features and allure of diverse properties. Real Estate Photography experience is not mandatory for this role. WindowStill will train on all services provided. Expectation Collaborate with real estate agents and homeowners to assess their media service needs. Plan and execute professional photo shoots for residential and commercial properties. Deliver high-quality media within agreed-upon timelines. Maintain a professional and organized workflow, including file management and backup. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction. Photographers are hired independent contractors, paid on a per-service basis (photos, video, floor plans, etc) Qualifications Proven experience in photography with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across different styles such as portrait, commercial, event, or artistic photography. Knowledge of videography and filming techniques for capturing high-quality video content. Ability to operate professional camera equipment and lighting gear confidently in diverse environments. Requirements:

The Photographer position requires the full equipment list to complete photography shoots, Professional equipment (Professional DSLR, Wide-angle lens, and tripod). Reliable transportation and ability to travel to different locations punctually. Stable internet connection to upload media on the same day. Desktop/laptop and a smartphone with reliable internet.

Pay:

$65.00 - $100.00 per hour
