Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them with photo sessions, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Operate photography equipment safely and effectively, capturing high-quality images that meet guest expectations Handle guest inquiries professionally, providing information about photo packages, event details, and resort amenities Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the photo area, equipment, and supplies to ensure a professional environment Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously, demonstrating conflict management skills when necessary Support event operations by assisting with guest services, crowd control, and managing flow during busy periods Qualifications Prior experience in events management or customer service roles is highly desirable Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully Experience in guest services or hospitality environments, especially within resorts or entertainment venues Working with children experience to comfortably engage with young guests during photo sessions Public speaking skills to confidently communicate with diverse audiences and promote services effectively Join us as a Photo Attendant and be part of creating joyful moments that guests will cherish forever!
