This role is perfect for someone with basic construction knowledge who enjoys flexible work and is looking to earn a few hundred dollars a week or more , depending on your availability and the areas you're willing to cover. This position does NOT require a state license , as no official home inspection reports are being written. These are photo-only inspections - quick jobs that typically take 10 minutes to an hour to complete, depending on the property size and type. Types of Inspections You'll Perform Draw Inspections - Verifying construction progress and documenting completed work for lenders. Move-In / Move-Out Rental Inspections - Taking photos of property conditions for landlords and property managers. Media Inspections - Capturing high-quality exterior/interior property photos for real estate or insurance purposes. Responsibilities Travel to residential properties to perform assigned inspections. Take clear, detailed, and well-lit photos of designated areas of each property. Follow basic inspection checklists to ensure all required photos are captured. Submit photo sets via provided app or platform within specified timeframes. Communicate professionally with clients and property owners, when needed. Maintain a reliable schedule and manage time efficiently. Qualifications No state license required - This is not a traditional home inspection; no reports, only pictures. Basic knowledge of construction, home systems, or real estate is helpful. Access to a cell phone with a working camera (smartphone preferred). Ability to walk through properties, including stairs and exterior grounds. Reliable transportation is required. Punctual, professional, and detail-oriented.
