) We're hiring a part-time Real Estate Photographer to join a growing real estate media company serving Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem, and the surrounding Triad area. This is a field-based, client-facing role where you'll travel to scheduled appointments, meet real estate agents and homeowners, and capture listing media using our proven systems. No real estate photography experience is required. We provide paid training, company gear, and a clear process to follow. What matters most is that you're dependable, professional, coachable, detail-oriented, and comfortable representing the company in people's homes. About the Role We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and coachable team member to join our field team as a Real Estate Media Specialist. This is an active, field-based role where no two days are exactly the same. One day you may be photographing a home, the next you may be learning drone or video, meeting new clients, and helping local agents market their listings. No professional photography experience is required. We provide paid training and care more about your professionalism, reliability, communication skills, attention to detail, positive attitude, and willingness to learn than prior technical experience. This could be a great fit for someone who enjoys being out in the field, meeting new people, working independently, and learning new creative and technical skills. What You'll Do Travel to residential properties for scheduled appointments throughout the Greensboro area Capture professional real estate photography using our proven shot process Learn drone photography and video services through training and mentorship Interact professionally with real estate agents and homeowners Follow detailed processes and checklists at every appointment Upload media after appointments using your personal computer and reliable internet connection Maintain organization, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout the day Deliver a high-quality client experience that reflects our brand Schedule & Availability Approximately 25 hours per week At least 3 fully open weekdays required (morning availability is especially important) Most shoots take place been the hours of 9 AM and 6 PM Saturday availability is preferred (not every weekend is booked but there will be the occasional shoot) Must live in Greensboro or within approximately 20 minutes of the city Most appointments are within a 30-minute drive, with occasional travel up to 45 to 60 minutes Hours are not guaranteed every week, as real estate demand can fluctuate A reliable vehicle is required, as driving between appointments is a significant part of the role Compensation & Benefits Paid training: $20 per hour Standard photo appointments: $25 per unit (approximately 60 minutes of scheduled on-site time) Drone certified: $30 per unit Fully trained on standard video: $32 per unit Premium video trained: $35 per unit Mileage reimbursement: $0.30 per mile Paid training and drone certification reimbursed once passed Company-provided photography gear Opportunity for additional training and increased earning potential What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and dependable Coachable with a positive attitude, even when challenges arise Consistently professional in appearance and communication Strong attention to detail and ability to follow systems Customer service or client-facing experience is a plus Comfortable working independently throughout the day Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Comfortable driving throughout Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem, and surrounding communities Personal computer with reliable high-speed internet iPhone 13 Pro or newer preferred Dependable, accountable, and eager to learn Many of our best team members come from hospitality, retail, restaurants, customer service, education, healthcare, events, and other people-focused industries.
