Job Description

Laser Tag & Arcade Marshal Job Description:
The Laser Tag & Arcade Marshal is responsible for creating a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience for all guests in the Laser Tag arena and Arcade. This position oversees Laser Tag operations, assists guests throughout the arcade, operates the point-of-sale system, and helps maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
Facilitate Laser Tag games by explaining rules, fitting equipment, organizing participants, monitoring gameplay, and ensuring all safety rules are followed. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and assisting with questions regarding Laser Tag and Arcade attractions. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to sell and reload arcade game cards and process guest transactions accurately. Redeem prize tickets and assist guests in selecting prizes from the redemption counter. Troubleshoot minor arcade game and game card issues; report equipment malfunctions to management or maintenance. Ensure the Laser Tag arena, Arcade, redemption area, and surrounding spaces remain clean, organized, and free of debris. Monitor attractions to ensure equipment is being used properly and guests are following facility policies. Assist with opening, closing, stocking, cleaning, and other daily operational duties. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused with a positive attitude. Comfortable interacting with guests of all ages in a fast-paced environment. Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy periods. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system. Basic mechanical or troubleshooting experience is a plus but not required. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and school breaks. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
