$800 flat rate for the 3-day project Photo Capture Only — No Editing Required About the Project I'm looking for an experienced freelance event photographer to assist with photography coverage of a 3-day corporate event in Las Vegas. The photographer will work alongside me and capture high-quality still photography throughout the event, including speakers, attendees, networking, candid moments, venue details, branding, and other important event moments. This is a professional corporate production, so I'm looking for someone who is reliable, professional, comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment, and able to capture strong images with minimal direction. No photo editing or post-production is required. I will handle the editing and final delivery. Schedule Wednesday, September 23: Approximately 4:00 PM start — 5-6 hours Thursday, September 24: Approximately 7:00 AM start — 10-12 hours Friday, September 25: Approximately 7:00 AM start — 5-6 hours Exact call times may be adjusted slightly as the event schedule is finalized. Responsibilities Capture professional still photography throughout the event Photograph speakers, presentations, attendees, networking, and event activities Capture candid moments and authentic interactions Capture venue details, branding, décor, and environmental shots Be proactive in identifying important photographic moments Follow direction from the lead producer/cinematographer when needed Maintain professional conduct and appearance around corporate clients and executives Safely manage and protect photographic equipment and captured media Requirements Previous experience photographing corporate events, conferences, or live events Strong understanding of professional event photography Ability to work long event days in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently while coordinating with the lead producer Own professional camera and photography equipment Ability to deliver captured photo files/media after the event Equipment Applicants should have their own professional photography equipment suitable for corporate event coverage. Please include your camera body, lenses, and any additional equipment you would be bringing. Compensation $800 total for the 3-day project (approximately 20-24 hours across September 23-25) . This is a flat freelance project rate, not an hourly rate. This is a freelance/contract position. No editing or post-production is required.
