We're looking for experienced, part-time photographers to join our team for evening and weekend youth sports portrait sessions across Northern Nevada. We're a family-owned company that values creativity, professionalism, and teamwork. Our work goes beyond the basics, we photograph in all weather, shoot groups as large as 500, and pride ourselves on delivering high-quality portraits with a consistent look and feel.

What We're Looking For:

Experience with multi-light setups and natural lighting Strong grasp of exposure settings: aperture, ISO, shutter speed, white balance Ability to produce clean, well-lit, properly exposed portraits Comfortable photographing and interacting with people of all ages Friendly, professional attitude and great customer service skills Willingness to learn and match our established style Able to work outdoors in various conditions Punctuality is essential. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Willingness to adhere to our dress code. Reliable transportation required for travel to our office. Nice to Have (but not required): Experience in volume photography (school or sports preferred) A portfolio (please include with your application if available) Why Work With Us? We're looking for photographers who can adapt, think on their feet, and care about the families and teams we serve. We offer a pay range that reflects experience and skill level. If you have a strong portfolio, experience with volume photography, and are comfortable using multiple light setups, you'll likely fall on the higher end of the range. If you're newer to photography and still building your lighting skills, you'll likely start on the lower end, and that's okay! We welcome aspiring photographers and love helping people grow in their craft. We just ask for realistic expectations, if you're just getting started and don't yet have a portfolio to show your work, or your portfolio doesn't reflect experience with multi light setups, please don't expect to fall on the higher end of the pay range.
