This is a seasonal role with the busiest periods in the fall and spring, plus additional opportunities in the winter. Key Responsibilities Create a positive and memorable experience for school accounts, students, and staff. Photograph children one at a time with patience, care, and attention to detail. Capture natural expressions and high-quality school portraits. Represent Blu Fotographics professionally while building strong relationships at school locations. Arrive on time, stay organized, and maintain a reliable work schedule. Assist with light administrative work, including managing class lists, basic Excel updates, and organizing daily to-do lists. Help support photography day logistics and overall team success. Required Qualifications At least 1 year of photography experience, or a strong demonstrated background in photography. Experience working with children required, with a genuine enjoyment of working with kids. Strong interest in photography and creating a great experience for every child photographed. Comfortable performing basic administrative tasks. Basic Excel knowledge and general organizational skills. Professional, friendly, and dependable attitude. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned school locations. Preferred Qualifications Photography school or formal photography training preferred. Sales experience is a plus. Experience in school photography or other child-focused environments is a plus.
Compensation and Schedule Pay:
