About Us Donut Land is a neighborhood donut and coffee shop with a simple mission: make people's day. We do surprise donut drop offs to homes, bring breakfast to local heroes, and show up for local businesses just because. Our TikToks and Reels are starting to take off locally, and we're building a repeatable content system so we can spread that joy to more people in our community. Role Overview We're looking for an outgoing person who loves TikTok / Reels to film short vertical videos for us. You'll be the one walking up to people, offering donuts, capturing their reactions on camera, and uploading the clips. The owner handles the editing - your job is to get great raw footage, follow the script, and stay organized. What You'll Do Film short vertical clips (phone + Meta glasses) of: In‑store and street "rate this donut 1-10" reactions Surprise breakfasts for local heroes (teachers, nurses, first responders, etc.) Random Donut Drop Club house visits for followers who shared their address Occasional business donut drop offs Follow our exact scripts and shot checklists (we'll train you) Make people feel comfortable on camera Label and upload all clips daily to our shared folder (by date + concept) Track simple numbers in a shared sheet: clips captured, shoots completed, quick notes What You Bring Big, friendly personality; you like talking to strangers and making their day Comfortable filming in public and walking into businesses / schools (with permission) You actively use TikTok / Reels and understand what "good" vertical video feels like Reliable, coachable, and can follow a checklist exactly Valid driver's license and consistent access to a car for local drop offs
