The individual will work collaboratively with students, teachers, and parents to gather photographs, stories, and other memorabilia to produce a high-quality memory book that reflects the spirit of the school year. Responsibilities Collect and curate photographs, written contributions, and memorabilia from students, staff, and parents. Organize and design the layout of the memory book, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing presentation. Collaborate with school staff and committees to gather information about school events and activities. Manage timelines and deadlines for submissions, ensuring all materials are collected in a timely manner. Communicate with parents and students to encourage participation and provide guidance on contributions. Edit written content for clarity, grammar, and style to maintain a professional standard. Coordinate with printing services to produce the final memory book, overseeing quality control and distribution. Assist in promoting the memory book to the school community, highlighting its importance and encouraging sales. Maintain organized records of all contributions and correspondence related to the memory book project. Participate in meetings with school staff and committees to discuss progress and address any challenges. Requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Canva) and basic photo editing tools.
