Job Description
An innovative 7-on-7 football league built for the social-first era — faster pace, more explosive plays, and a fan experience closer to a UFC event than a traditional football game. We are producing a proof of concept shoot for partners and need a photographer who can work across three distinct content needs in a single shoot day. This isn't just a sports shoot. The images you capture will be used in investor pitch decks, partnership presentations, and behind-the-scenes content showing how the league is being built. You need to be equally comfortable freezing a moment on the field and telling a visual story off it. Responsibilities
Capture high-impact action photography during live game play — explosive catches, 1-on-1 matchups, celebrations, and sideline energy
Shoot pitch deck quality imagery — clean, polished frames of the field, venue, branding, and key visual moments that sell the league concept to investors and sponsors
Document behind-the-scenes production — crew at work, camera setups, player prep, coaching moments, and the overall atmosphere of how this shoot comes together
Deliver a selects package in a timely turnaround post-shoot Requirements
Strong sports photography portfolio with proven ability to shoot fast-moving action
Experience shooting for commercial, editorial, or pitch-level use — not just social
Comfortable moving between field-level action and quieter documentary-style BTS moments throughout the day
Own professional camera kit with telephoto and wide lens coverage
Quick eye for composition, light, and storytelling in uncontrolled environments A Plus
Football or combat sports photography experience
Experience shooting for investor decks, brand campaigns, or sports startups
Ability to provide same-day or next-day selects turnaround
