Creative Specialist - Photographer/Videographer

Explore One Media - Creative Specialist Explore One Media is looking for a reliable, creative, and highly accountable Creative Specialist (CS) to join our growing team. This is a full-time flexible role for someone who is passionate about photography, videography, storytelling, and content creation. We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates well, takes ownership of their work, and can represent the company professionally on every shoot. Our projects range across real estate, branding, social media content, businesses, lifestyle shoots, and creative productions throughout South Florida. What You'll Do Photograph and film a variety of client projects and productions Capture high-quality photo, video, and drone content Prepare, maintain, and manage company equipment responsibly Upload footage, organize files, and communicate important shoot details post-production Travel frequently throughout South Florida for shoots and content days Represent Explore One Media professionally on-site with clients Assist with creative direction, content ideas, and production support when needed Follow company operational procedures and communication expectations consistently What We're Looking For Experience with cameras, videography, photography, and content creation Sony camera experience preferred Strong creative eye and attention to detail Excellent communication and timely responsiveness Reliable, punctual, organized, and proactive Ability to problem solve and stay calm under pressure Professional attitude and strong customer service skills Experience operating drone equipment preferred FAA Part 107 certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification during onboarding Based in South Florida with reliable transportation Comfortable driving frequently for shoots throughout South Florida High-speed internet access Work Hours & Compensation Minimum average of 30 hours per week Pay range: $25-$32/hour based on experience Hours and scheduling will vary based on production volume and shoot schedules Standard availability: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-9:00 PM EST Weekends and overtime may be required Physical Requirements Moving throughout properties and production locations Standing and driving for extended periods Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs Operating cameras, drones, gimbals, and light equipment Reviewing media files for quality and accuracy Repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements Why Join Explore One Media Flexible scheduling based on production needs Remote work when not on shoots Paid time off Mileage reimbursement Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing creative company Supportive, creative, and high-energy work environment About Explore One Media Explore One Media is a South Florida-based creative media company specializing in high-end photo, video, drone, and social media content for businesses, brands, and real estate professionals.
