Job Description

Job Summary We're looking for a skilled Photographer/Videographer to join our team covering weddings and corporate events. You'll be responsible for capturing high-quality images and video on-site, then delivering polished, brand-consistent final assets through full post-production. This is a paid position for someone who combines technical precision with an eye for storytelling, and who's comfortable managing client-facing work independently. Responsibilities Shoot photo and video coverage for weddings, corporate events, and related marketing/social content, using professional camera bodies, lenses, and lighting equipment Handle full post-production: culling, color correction, retouching, and editing in Lightroom, Photoshop, Capture One, Premiere, and/or Final Cut Pro Set up lighting and compose shots to get the best results across varied venues, lighting conditions, and event types Operate drone equipment for aerial coverage when requested, following FAA regulations and site-specific safety protocols Collaborate on shot lists and creative direction ahead of each event to ensure coverage matches client expectations and brand tone Communicate directly with clients before and during events to confirm timelines, key moments, and deliverables Organize and archive all raw and edited files in an easily retrievable system Stay current on photography/videography trends, gear, and editing techniques Requirements Demonstrated experience shooting weddings and/or corporate events, with a portfolio showing range across both Strong working knowledge of Lightroom, Photoshop, and at least one video editor (Premiere or Final Cut Pro); Capture One a plus Solid grasp of lighting, composition, and color management in real-world, unpredictable event conditions FAA Part 107 certification (or willingness to obtain) for drone operation Excellent communication skills — comfortable talking with clients, vendors, and event coordinators in real time Ability to work solo or as part of a multi-shooter team, often under tight turnaround deadlines Reliable, professional, and calm under pressure — event work doesn't allow for reshoots
Pay:
$45.00 - $75.00 per hour
