Schedule:

9:30 AM - 12:30 PM We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and warm presence to support our studio during client sessions. This role is essential in creating a seamless, elevated, and welcoming experience for every client. ✨ Before the Client Arrives The assistant is responsible for preparing the studio to ensure a clean, beautiful, and personalized environment: Set up the studio with the client's name displayed on the letter board Lightly clean and vacuum the studio space Set the ambiance by playing the client's personalized playlist Check and restock bathroom essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, towels, soap, tampons, and cotton swabs) and ensure trash is emptied Prepare refreshments (water or mimosa, if requested) Ensure clean bedsheets are ready and available ✨ Client Arrival & Experience The assistant plays a key role in creating a warm and professional first impression: Answer incoming calls and greet the client upon arrival Provide clear instructions and meet the client downstairs Welcome the client, introduce yourself, and assist with any bags or belongings Escort the client to the studio and introduce her to the team ✨ During hair and makeup: Unpack, organize, and hang the client's outfits (steam if needed) Offer refreshments and ensure the client is comfortable Engage in light, friendly conversation to help the client feel relaxed Check in with the photographer to prepare for the session accordingly ✨ During the Session Assist the photographer with moving furniture, props, and adjusting setups as needed Help maintain a smooth flow and organized space throughout the shoot Record Behind the Scenes as requested ✨ After the Session Carefully pack the client's outfits and belongings Guide the client to the office for her post-session consultation with the photographer

Requirements:

Oral and Written English Skills Basic Oral Spanish Skills. Availability to work Mondays, Fridays and Weekends (4 days a week) Friendly, personable, and confident in providing excellent customer service Hourly compensation ranges from $18.40-$20.
