Position Overview We are seeking a Real Estate Media Specialist to capture stunning interior, exterior, and aerial media for residential, commercial, and short-term rental properties (Airbnb/VRBO). In this role, you will be the face of K|A Real Estate Media on-site, interacting directly with real estate agents, builders, and homeowners. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for composition, understands how to showcase interior spaces in the best light, and is passionate about providing top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities Property Photography:
Capture high-quality, bracketed (HDR) interior and exterior photographs of residential and commercial properties.
Aerial Media:
Operate commercial drones to capture beautiful aerial photos and videos that showcase the property and its surrounding neighborhood. 3
D Tours & Floor Plans:
Utilize specialized equipment to capture 3D virtual tours and gather data required to generate accurate 2D floor plans.
Client Experience:
Maintain a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and excellent communication with clients on-site.
File Management:
Promptly upload unedited raw/bracketed media files immediately following the shoot to ensure media is properly uploaded and delivered to our clients the following morning.
Travel:
Commute to properties throughout our Greater Dayton service area (including Tipp City, Huber Heights, Beavercreek, Oakwood, Kettering, Springboro, and surrounding communities).
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Proven experience in real estate, architectural, or interior photography. If no experience, we will train.
Equipment:
A full frame or crop sensor camera with a wide angle lens. A tripod, 360 camera, compatible with Zillow 3D Home, and drone are also required. Equipment will be provided in the event you do not have your own.
Drone License:
Must possess a valid FAA Part 107
Commercial Drone License Tech-Savvy:
Familiarity with or willingness to learn 3D scanning technology (such as Zillow 3D Home) and floor plan capture software.
Transportation:
Must have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and clean driving record to travel across the service region.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional time-management skills, strong attention to detail, and a friendly, client-focused demeanor. What We Offer Competitive, per-hour compensation, starting from the time you leave your home, till the time you get home. Extra compensation will be allotted for time at home to upload media.

Shoot and upload! Our dedicated editor will edit all of the media and deliver it back to you for upload. Flexible scheduling based on your availability.
