What We're Looking For:
We're on the hunt for an ambitious Lead Photographer/Videographer who's not only adept with a camera but also has a talent for sales, business development, and growth. If you're looking to grow professionally and have the drive to expand our reach, you could be the perfect fit.
Position:
Full-Time, Permanent Role Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding photography and videography services in the Charlevoix County and surrounding areas. Play a pivotal role in business expansion by securing new clients and nurturing ongoing relationships. Regularly upload raw images and videos to our database. Develop and manage your own team as you grow your region. Engage in creative projects and social media content creation. Take on various tasks to support our vibrant team.
Your Growth:
Your compensation includes a base salary plus a significant commission of 25% on sales, incentivizing your success in sales and client acquisition. As you establish your territory, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead a team, multiplying your impact and further increasing your earning potential.
Schedule:
Primarily weekdays, with flexibility required for weekend projects.
Location:
Remote, with travel within your designated territory. Reliable transportation is essential.
Equipment Provided:
High-end Camera, Stabilizer, Tripod, Drone, 3D Cameras, and much more.
You'll Need:
Smartphone with GPS. Consistent, high-speed internet for photo/video uploads. A personal computer.
Compensation:
A competitive salary of $40,000 with an additional 25% commission on sales. High potential to earn $60k+ first year Opportunity for bonuses and a company performance-based year-end bonus. Gas Credit Card and Paid Time Off.
Requirements:
Demonstrated photography proficiency; videography expertise preferred. High school diploma/GED FAA Part 107 Drone License required. Stellar punctuality, communication, and customer service. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Resilience and adaptability in dynamic situations. Willingness to travel, with a valid driver's license. A clean background check and drug screening; must meet job's physical and mental requirements. Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
