Retail Marketing Photographer/Videographer Create. Capture. Inspire. Represent Aggieland in Every Frame. With over 28,000 square feet of spirit-filled space (officially certified by Guinness World Records ), we're more than a store—we're the ultimate game-day destination. Alongside our boutique-style sister store, Maroon U , we bring trend-forward, name-brand fashion to the Aggie lifestyle. We're building a retail experience like no other—and now we're searching for a Retail Marketing Photographer/Videographer to help tell that story visually. What You'll Do:

Capture and create dynamic visual content for social media, e-commerce, in-store signage, marketing campaigns, and beyond. Lead content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X , and more. Collaborate with our Creative and Marketing teams to plan, style, and execute shoots that turn heads and drive traffic. Edit and retouch both photo and video assets to a polished, professional standard. Attend and cover major events, including Texas A&M home football games , product launches, and promotions. Manage and maintain photo/video equipment and our digital media library. Stay ahead of trends, tools, and techniques in visual storytelling and branding.

What You Bring:

A passion for photography and videography that shines through your work. Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite , especially Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. A sharp eye for lighting, detail, and brand consistency—both in-studio and on the go. The ability to manage multiple projects and timelines without sacrificing creativity. Strong communication and collaboration skills—you're a team player through and through. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and game days . ✅

Qualifications:

Degree in photography, videography, film, or related field (preferred but not required) Proven portfolio of multimedia content creation (link required with application) Experience managing shoots from concept to delivery Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment with shifting priorities ✨
