Real Estate Photographer

Real Estate Photographer (1099 - Part-Time) We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Photographer to join our team. This role includes paid training, licensing support, and hands-on field experience. If you're reliable, eager to learn, and enjoy working in the field, this is a great opportunity.

Part 107 Drone License required within 2 months (reimbursed after 10 completed drone projects; one-time only. Failed attempts are not reimbursable.) Job Responsibilities Travel to various properties to perform real estate media services

Capture:

Interior & exterior photography, Videography, Drone footage, Virtual tours, Floor mapping, Etc Communicate clearly and promptly with clients Upload and organize deliverables after each project Provide customer service, including handling revisions or questions Maintain professionalism and punctuality (arrive 10-15 minutes before each shoot) Expectations Complete training within a reasonable timeframe Maintain availability 4-5 days per week (Lots of last minute bookings) Have set days open for last-minute bookings Acquire Part 107 license within 2 months Demonstrate clear communication and client interaction on-site Requirements Strong time management Willingness to learn and adapt Professionalism at all times Critical thinking skills Clear and responsive communication Located near Arlington or surrounding areas Flexible Availability (Important)
