Important:
This is primarily an active, face-to-face sales position—not a traditional photography job. Throughout your shift, you will approach restaurant guests, introduce our photography service, take their photos, print framed souvenir photos, and confidently present and sell the finished products. You will hear "no" regularly and must remain friendly, professional, and motivated. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys talking to people, takes initiative, is comfortable with sales, and can work independently without continuous supervision. Photography experience is not required. We provide paid training and all necessary equipment. What You'll Do Actively approach restaurant guests throughout your shift Introduce our complimentary photography experience Build quick, friendly connections with customers Take professional-quality photos using company equipment Process and print photos on-site Present every finished photo directly to guests Recommend and sell framed photo packages Handle customer rejection positively and professionally Maintain strong energy and motivation throughout your shift Work independently after completing training Follow company procedures and complete required end-of-shift reports Who We're Looking For We are looking for people who are naturally outgoing, friendly, dependable, and comfortable starting conversations with strangers. You may be a strong fit if you have experience in: Customer service Restaurant or hospitality work Retail sales Serving or bartending Commission-based sales Promotions or brand ambassador work Customer service or sales experience is strongly preferred. You must be comfortable approaching everyone from couples to large parties of 20-50+ guests. We can teach you how to use the camera and photography equipment. Your confidence, communication skills, sales ability, and willingness to approach customers consistently are much more important. Compensation $12 per hour guaranteed or 30% commission on your sales—whichever is higher at the end of each shift Earning potential typically ranges from $12-$30+ per hour, depending on sales performance Tips are additional Paid training All photography equipment is provided This is a performance-based opportunity. After successfully completing training, employees must be prepared to manage their assigned location and responsibilities independently.
