Bilingual Photographer

Job description: We're seeking a bilingual English and Spanish speaker to join Monarca Media as a Real Estate Photographer — no experience needed , just reliability, attention to detail, and a great attitude. This is an on-the-go position — you'll be traveling daily to client properties across the Wasatch Front, not sitting in an office. If you love being out and about, this may be a great fit for you. Work Schedule & Travel Expectations A reliable personal vehicle that is less than 10 years old is required — travel is a major part of this job. You'll be expected to drive to multiple property shoots each day.

You must be comfortable with:

Driving throughout Salt Lake, Utah, Davis, Weber and surrounding counties Variable start and end times Receiving your final schedule the evening before each workday Most shoots are Monday-Friday between 9 AM and 7 PM, with occasional Saturdays This is not a fixed-schedule position. If you need predictable hours, this likely isn't the right fit. What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Open to feedback and eager to learn Detail-oriented with a great attitude Professional personal presentation Respectful and customer service-focused Positive team player Able to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment Bilingual in English and Spanish is required Responsibilities Arrive on time to assigned property shoots — we handle all client booking and communication Capture high-quality photo and/or video footage following Monarca Media's visual standards Upload raw files to our server by the end of each day — no editing required Travel to and from shoots throughout the Wasatch Front Keep company gear maintained and organized Accurately manage and monitor your assigned calendar Communicate clearly and respectfully with both clients and the team Your focus is capturing great content on-site. We handle the rest — scheduling, editing, and delivery. Requirements No camera or photography experience needed — this is a fully trainable position Must be 18 or older Valid driver's license, insurance and reliable vehicle required Able to pass a background check Drug-free Iphone 16 or newer Comfortable working in a fast-moving, day-to-day schedule
