Flat rate per shoot (based on experience) About the Role We are seeking a talented and creative Lifestyle Photographer to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will produce high-quality, creative lifestyle imagery and smartphone-based video content featuring models on location in the scenic Floyd, Virginia area. Your work will elevate our brand's visual identity and support exciting marketing initiatives across all of our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities Plan & Manage Shoots:

Strategically organize and manage model shoots on location, demonstrating strong coordination and scheduling skills.

Direct & Capture Content:

Direct and shoot models to produce engaging lifestyle photography and video content, with a strong focus on capturing the fine details of our jewelry products. Master the

Light:

Set up and adapt to outdoor and on-location lighting environments as needed (including natural light, indoor spaces, and strobes).

Creative Editing:

Utilize Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or relevant editing software on a Windows platform to deliver polished, high-quality finished assets.

Social & Video Content:

Use an iPhone to capture authentic, raw behind-the-scenes (BTS) and lifestyle video footage during shoots for social media platforms and longer-form presentations (such as YouTube).

Collaborate:

Partner with our creative team to brainstorm and suggest styling enhancements, themes, and unique location selections.

Qualifications Experience:

Proven portfolio of lifestyle and model photography, with solid on-location shooting experience.

Jewelry Focus:

Demonstrated ability to capture natural, compelling lifestyle shots while highlighting product details.

Lighting Expertise:

Proficiency with various lighting setups (indoor, outdoor, natural light, strobes).

Technical Skills:

Strong computer proficiency, especially with Adobe Lightroom on a Windows platform.
