Photographer/Videographer - Fredericksburg/Stafford, VA Part-time with full-time opportunity Description We're looking for a skilled, reliable, and creative videographer/photographer to join our team in the Fredericksburg/Stafford region. This is a part-time, commission-based role with a clear path to full-time for those who want it. It's ideal for someone who's flexible, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality real estate media. You'll be responsible for capturing photo, video, and drone content on location, primarily for residential real estate, with opportunities to grow into builder and commercial projects. We also offer 2D Floor Plans and 3D Virtual Tours , so familiarity with those is a bonus (but not required). This role is great for someone who thrives independently but wants to be part of a larger, fast-moving team with high standards and strong support. Roles & Responsibilities Capture consistent, high-quality photo, video, and drone content during real estate shoots. Maintain professionalism on-site with agents, homeowners, and other real estate professionals. Ensure timely delivery of content, with strong communication back to our internal teams (scheduling, editing & support). Manage and maintain your gear. Having your own camera equipment is a huge advantage and can significantly speed up the hiring and onboarding process. Adapt to various property conditions and last-minute schedule changes. Provide feedback on shoot structure and help improve the overall product. Communicate weekly availability and stay responsive to scheduling updates. A huge plus if you're open to early morning shoots (7-8 AM start times). One of our busiest accounts books simple, high-paying video work on a regular basis. Compensation & Commission This is a commission-based role , with the goal of getting to 350+ shoots as quickly as possible. An early milestone is reaching 100 shoots. Starting commission is 25% per shoot Commission increases range from 2-15% , based on: Client Requests Drone license status Weekend availability Completing 3+ shoots in a single day Traveling over 90 miles in a day Average part-time team members earn $300-$1,200/week , depending on workload, availability, and performance.
