Job Description

•Photography experience is not required Markquart Toyota is seeking a hard-working and dependable person to join our marketing department. The Digital Inventory Assistant is primarily responsible for photographing vehicle inventory, uploading photos, and auditing our online listings. The right candidate will be reliable, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Photograph vehicle inventory using company-provided equipment Upload photos to our inventory management system Review and approve vehicle descriptions Audit and update online vehicle listings to ensure accuracy in pricing, descriptions, and photos Communicate and coordinate with the sales and service teams Maintain organized systems for digital files and inventory tracking
QUALIFICATIONS
Valid driver's license (Required) Intermediate computer skills (Required) Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong time management skills Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Photography experience is not required. Equipment and training will be provided.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
:
Part-time:
12-16 hours per week Minimum of 3 days per week Preferred schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (Tuesday and Thursday may also be considered) Shift length: Typically 3-5 hours Flexible scheduling between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. , based on employee availability
