(A029500) Discover your exciting role About Exentec Exentec serves the semiconductor, life sciences, and other advanced technology industries, offering integration and installation of everything from high-purity piping for gas, chemical, and water systems to chilled water, wastewater, and HVAC systems, along with a full suite of electrical and controls systems. Exentec can design, supply, install, hook up, and commission our own line of gas, chemical, and cleanroom equipment, including external OEM equipment supply and installation, such as cooling towers, chillers, pumps, heat exchangers, etc. Exentec is seeking an experienced Assistant Production Manager to join our Phoenix team! In this role, you will lead a production group responsible for manufacturing gas supply equipment for the semiconductor industry. Your work will include team leadership, production management, and process development. You will collaborate closely with team leads to allocate resources, support production flow, and ensure products meet quality and customer requirements. This is a hands-on leadership role that includes performing quality checks, moving product through the work area, and assisting with equipment preparation. Explore your tasks and responsibilities Manage and coordinate production workers' daily activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Work with the Master Scheduler to execute production schedules that meet output goals while maintaining quality standards. Provide feedback to the Master Scheduler regarding resource availability and constraints. Create build packages and organize documentation required for quality and customer approval. Identify opportunities to improve production processes and support the implementation of cost and time-saving strategies. Enforce safety protocols and ensure all employees follow safety regulations. Troubleshoot production issues and prepare Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) when needed. Train and develop welders and assembly teams on process standards and best practices. Maintain

Level II Visual Testing certification and apply it as required. Collaborate with Materials, Quality, and Engineering teams to support production needs and ensure alignment with their requirements. Read and interpret schematics, mechanical drawings, and job work orders; communicate drawing issues clearly. Support a positive, engaged, and high-performing team environment. Show your expertise Experience and Skills Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in the manufacturing of electro-mechanical equipment. Demonstrated ability to provide effective feedback and address performance issues. Ability to read and interpret schematics, mechanical drawings, and production schedules. Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical assemblies. Clear and effective communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate employees. Ability to collaborate effectively with Materials, Quality, and Engineering teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to write ECRs as needed. Ability to train and develop production staff on process standards. Certifications

Level II Visual Testing certification required.
