Job Description

Looking for a Senior Field Producer with strong experience producing high-end, character-driven unscripted television. The ideal candidate is a seasoned field leader who can confidently manage complex shoots, drive story in the moment, and work closely with cast, producers, and crew to capture compelling, authentic material. Candidates should have multiple credits as a Field Producer, with experience on ensemble docu-soap, reality. Strong producing instincts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay calm and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced production environment are essential.
Responsibilities include:
  • Lead field production and oversee day-to-day execution of shoots.
  • Work closely with producing team to identify, develop, and capture story.
  • Ability to manage complex cast shoots, events, locations, and moving parts in the field.
  • Conduct and produce interviews, ITMs/OTFs, and vérité scenes.
  • Anticipate story opportunities and troubleshoot issues quickly and creatively.
  • Collaborate with camera, audio, and production to ensure strong coverage.
  • Maintain strong relationships with cast while navigating sensitive and evolving storylines.
  • Provide clear communication and leadership to the field team.
