Hybrid Job Description Title:
Producer III
Details:
Client Arcade is a family-friendly gaming service available on the App Store. Arcade's incredible catalog is available to play on Phone, Pad, Mac, Client TV, and Client Vision Pro, and all 250 games are free of ads and in-app purchases. Players can step into the shoes of their favorite sports stars in games like NFL Retro Bowl '26 or
NBA 2K26
Arcade Edition, score the highest hand in the poker-inspired, deck-building sensation Balatro , sneak around as a mischievous Sasquatch in Sneaky Sasquatch, or explore hundreds of other games — both new and old — from their favorite genres.
The Client Arcade Producer becomes a developer's main point of contact throughout game development and postlaunch, and will take on core responsibilities including defining milestone schedules and deliverables, managing external developer relationships, reviewing and approving key checkpoints, offering insightful creative feedback on the player experience, and collaborating with critical internal teams like hardware, software, and App Store platform teams at Client. Furthermore, the Producer will take on additional projects to help support the Arcade business as well as broader gaming-focused initiatives, including feature and platform adoption.
We believe the role would place you in a highly-energized environment with some of the most hardworking creative individuals in the industry, where you would be inspired to share your experience along with providing extraordinary support for the team. You will also be representing Client as the face of Client Arcade for your assigned partners and an advocate for them back into Client. We're growing and urge you to apply. Description
In this role, you'll be a pivotal member of the Arcade team, supporting development partners like Sega, Ubisoft, Gameloft, 2K, EA, Devolver Digital, Triband, Ironhide, and Rovio to deliver a diverse portfolio of games. Responsibilities
- The Client Arcade Third Party Production team is seeking a close collaborator who can help us establish a

both in vetting prospective titles and in collaborating with external developers to ensure that these games
continue to deliver on Client Arcade's promise to players, while preserving the spirit of what makes these
games incredible. In this role, you will be a key player in both of these functions while building a scalable
framework for App Store Greats to come. Above all, you're helping to bring games you are proud of to
Client's platforms. Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in an operations or project management role working on games that have a robust
live service component.
- Intimately familiar with the game development process, in particular releasing and maintaining products on the App Store.
- Outstanding desktop computer skills and familiarity with standard Project Management tools that include
Excel, Airtable, Quip, Keynote, and others. Preferred Qualifications
- Work experience in the trenches directly as a game producer.
- Uncompromising attention to detail and the ability to track multiple priorities over disparate sources of information.
- Cares deeply about the games industry and the technology that enables developers to bring joy to millions of players.
- Plays games regularly, including mobile games, has opinions on what makes great games and always has a list of pending games to finish.
- Extraordinary interpersonal skills; thrive in highly collaborative projects, effective at building consensus, easily work with creative and business partners, internal and external to Client.
- You possess strong personal management skills in chasing down areas of ambiguity and defining solutions for problems as they are discovered.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; with capacity to move between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solves problems using empathy, curiosity and tenacity.
