You'll run on-set production, handle lighting, and ensure every shot is clean, professional, and engaging. This isn't basic "help"—it's for someone with the eye for social media excellence.
Must-Haves:
Proven experience with short-form video shoots (show examples). Mastery in lighting, composition, and setting the scene. Ability to direct talent, adjust angles on the fly, and elevate each shot. Common sense on set, proactive problem-solving. If you're confident you can turn a simple shoot into compelling content, apply by sending us your reels.
