Precast Production Manager Empire Precast is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to oversee daily production of architectural precast concrete products. We manufacture custom precast products including steps, pavers, benches, picnic tables, planters, and other architectural concrete products. Responsibilities Supervise all orders moving through production Coordinate daily production schedules and priorities Oversee production employees and workflow Manage mold making and ensure molds are ready for scheduled production Monitor quality and make sure products meet specifications Coordinate with management to keep orders on schedule Maintain an organized, safe, and productive work environment Identify and resolve production issues that could affect quality or delivery Qualifications Previous production or manufacturing management experience required Precast concrete experience is not required Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities at the same time Good communication and problem-solving skills Hands-on attitude and willingness to work closely with the production team Full-time position We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the production process, keep jobs organized, and make sure orders are completed correctly and on schedule.
