About Code Four Code Four is an experiential production company specializing in live events, environmental graphics, fabrication, AV production, staging, truss systems, lighting, branded environments, touring activations, and large-scale installations. Our work spans sports, entertainment, hospitality, festivals, corporate events, and national brand activations. We are looking for highly organized, solutions-driven Project Managers who thrive in fast-paced production environments and can confidently manage projects from intake through final execution and closeout. Job Summary We're looking for an Event Producer to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-end live events, brand activations, and experiential programs. This role is ideal for a seasoned producer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at client leadership, and can manage complex events from concept through flawless execution. You'll serve as a client-facing leader, overseeing budgets, timelines, teams, schedules, and production, ensuring every detail aligns with creative vision and business objectives. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end production of large-scale events, including corporate events, brand activations, conferences, and experiential marketing programs Act as senior point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and providing strategic guidance Translate creative concepts into executable production plans, timelines, and budgets Manage and mentor producers, coordinators, and on-site teams Oversee vendor sourcing, negotiations, contracts, and on-site execution Develop and manage detailed budgets, forecasts, and cost controls Ensure all events meet quality, brand, safety, and compliance standards Troubleshoot challenges in real time and make confident decisions under pressure Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, technical, and operations teams Qualifications 5+ years of professional event production experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead producer role Proven experience managing event budgets Strong client management and presentation skills Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities Experience producing events in luxury, corporate, or experiential environments preferred Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as required Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) What We're Looking For A strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail Calm, confident leadership style under pressure Creative problem-solver with strong negotiation skills Passion for delivering exceptional, high-impact experiences Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (commensurate with experience; estimated range: $95,000-$120,000) Health, dental, and vision benefits 401K Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth within a creative, collaborative team Work on premium events in one of Southern California's top market
