Executive Producer (EP)

Lead Producer (YouTube Production) We're looking for an experienced Lead Producer to help oversee production for an upcoming YouTube project. This is a temporary, project-based contract for approximately two weeks with the potential for future opportunities based on project performance. We're looking for someone who is confident leading a team, making decisions on set, and keeping production running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of the production process while collaborating closely with a creative team. What You'll Do Lead production during filming and keep shoot days organized and on schedule Coordinate with the camera operator, actors, and production team to ensure each scene is executed effectively Direct talent during takes and provide feedback on performance, blocking, and line delivery Make production notes and identify necessary pickups or adjustments during filming Prepare and manage call sheets for production days Collaborate with the creative team to execute the overall vision while helping solve problems as they arise Help maintain an efficient, positive, and productive environment on set Qualifications Previous experience producing or leading video productions Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to confidently manage a team and make decisions under pressure Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Experience with YouTube, digital media, or independent productions is preferred Project Details 1099 Independent Contractor Approximately two-week project

Compensation:

$2,750 per project Production takes place Monday-Friday during standard business hours (9:00 AM-5:00 PM) Work is based in Oceanside, CA (92056) Potential for future project opportunities based on performance
