Our productions invite audiences into beautifully crafted worlds where they don't simply watch—they participate. We're building something ambitious, playful, and deeply human, and we're looking for people who are excited by creating moments that guests remember for years. Position Overview We're hiring three Associate Producers to join our Core Team. This is a part-time, contract position with flexible hours that increase around productions. The ideal candidate is excited to learn every aspect of immersive event production while working directly alongside our lead Event Producer. This isn't an assistant role. It's an opportunity to become a producer. You'll help transform ideas into reality while learning how immersive productions are built from the ground up. No two weeks will look the same—and that's exactly what makes this role exciting. Responsibilities Attend production meetings Help coordinate event logistics Share ideas around our creative roundtable Communicate with vendors and collaborators Source props and décor Assist with production schedules and timelines Help coordinate actors and volunteers Support rehearsals and installations Assist with guest experience during productions Problem-solve in real time during events Help with strike, inventory, and post-event organization Continuously improve systems and documentation We're Looking For Someone Who… Is naturally organized Loves bringing ideas to life Stays calm under pressure Notices details others miss Enjoys solving problems Is proactive rather than reactive Communicates clearly and kindly Loves working with creative people Is dependable Wants to grow into a leadership role Experience is wonderful, but curiosity, ownership, kindness, and initiative matter even more.
