Job Description

Leading TV & streaming content creator is looking for a skilled junior production manager that is comfortable wearing many hats and working across multiple unscripted productions concurrently. This is also a good opportunity for a senior production coordinator that is looking to move up and take on more responsibility. This is an in-person position at our offices in Santa Monica.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the day-to-day logistics and operations from pre-production through wrap Planning & scheduling of shoots Hiring & onboarding crew Help with sourcing, clearing, and permitting locations Oversee production staff, and manage the set Book flights, hotels, rental cars as needed Generate, track, and file usual production paperwork of call sheets, production reports, releases, check requests, and petty cash/credit card reconciliation Stick to budget parameters and track costs as needed Track crew times and collect payroll weekly Troubleshoot production challenges while maintaining a calm, positive and solutions-oriented approach Coordinating production office activities
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years production management experience in television, digital media, or online content. Experience in unscripted/documentary & non-union productions Experience in both location and stage shoots Experience with remote and multi-location productions. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate.
POSITION DETAILS
Freelance - 6 weeks (with potential for ongoing work). In Person (not a remote positon) Some travel may be required
Rate:
$1500-$2500/week DOE August 1st Expected Start Date References upon request
