The Global Brand Studio is a team of visual storytellers who bring product fit, function, and fashion to life. We seamlessly integrate brand creative strategies with product vision to deliver best-in-class imagery that supports global creative and commercial objectives. Through compelling visual content, we use product as a powerful tool to educate, inspire, and engage our guests.
a day in the life:
Lead strategy, operational planning, and process optimization across the Global Brand Studio's three key functional areas: photo and video production, merchandise sample flow, and studio management. Oversee all studio operations to deliver industry-leading visual content for six global markets, driving cross-functional alignment, operational excellence, and seamless execution in support of global brand strategies and business priorities. Lead PDP (Product Display Page) pre-production logistics, shoot execution, asset delivery, and website implementation of 120,000+ images annually for all markets. Deliver into global business objectives by ensuring product is shot and imagery is delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner. Own PDP project budget build, management of monthly production spend with external studio vendor, and execution of cost-saving strategies to maintain budget goals throughout project lifecycles, including sample exit strategy and internal sample store. Drive operational partnership with the China Studio team, including ongoing oversight of production quality and efficiency. Lead and develop a diverse team of production, post-production, operations & merchandise specialists - internal, vendor, contract, and hybrid employees. Define team strategy and project timelines, facilitate progress, and ensure department goals & business commitments are achieved. Lead collaboration and cultivate alignment between the vendor studio team and key cross-functional stakeholders—including Digital, Catalogue Operations, Brand, Product Activation, Merchandising, and Strategic Sales. Oversee the implementation of Global Brand content briefs and Digital Brand Experience creative guidelines, ensuring the successful execution of elevated PDP imagery and studio editorial projects that bring brand vision and product storytelling to life. qualifications 10-12 years of experience in production operations with a passion for tackling complex workflows. Experience in the retail industry, with a sample management background and significant understanding of product flow. Aptitude for prioritizing and managing multiple tasks, projects, and shifting priorities across multiple cross-functional teams. Innate ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various partners and personalities. Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $144,000- $189,000 USD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
