Several teams come together to shape, create, gather, and connect. Our Creative Team ideates branded experiences by using multiple channels to tell clients' stories. The Media Team enhances audience engagement via personalized video experiences, livestreaming, podcasting, and distribution services. The Events Team forges lifelong emotional connections through meticulously planned events, ensuring every detail fosters a genuine bond with the client brand. See our work at www.brandrevolution.global The Denver studio team collaborates with brands and agencies to bring ambitious ideas to life through cinematic, commercial production. Our teams deliver branded films, commercials, social content, training videos, and event reels with a focus on craft, storytelling, and execution. Using advanced production tools and deep creative expertise across live action, motion graphics, and emerging technologies, we help shape work that feels intentional, refined, and impactful. Reporting to the Executive Producer, the producer will manage video and photo projects from concept through production (potentially providing support on post-production as needed), ensuring they are completed on time, on budget and at the highest level of quality. This role serves as the hub between clients, creative, production, and the post-production team. The producer is organized, resourceful and thrives under the fast-paced demands of production while keeping both the creative vision and client goals front and center.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Line produce video and photo shoots Manage and support all client meetings and Creative Reviews Internal Agency coordination to establish agendas and timing needs for Creative Attending and managing all productions that you will be producing Be a subject-matter expert in all things related to production Working closely with the Director to bring his/her vision to life Manage, organize and schedule productions Managing all costs associated with a project to stay within the approved budget. Reviewing vendor estimates to ensure feasibility, budget and alignment with overall production vision Maintain a thorough understanding of the agency's capabilities, services, recourses, and processes Develop and maintain a professional relationship with quality vendors, resources, and partners Build positive working relationships with the client teams, and learn the inner workings of Brand Revolution.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS + ABILITIES
3+ years of video production management/project management experience. Familiarity with the Adobe suite is a plus Comprehensive knowledge of how to manage production. Competency estimating, managing and actualizing production budgets in AICP format Excellent organization skills Strong written and verbal communications skills Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects at once A self-starter able to work collaboratively as well as independently Creative problem solver Keen attention to detail, a sense of urgency, excellent proofreading skills, and a great attitude Proficient in the use of G-suite, Clickup, and other project management software applications a plus Desire to push limits and go beyond the expected Proactive approach to problem-solving Comfortability working on a variety of budget levels, depending on the need of the project
EDUCATION + TRAINING
Bachelors Degree or Comparable Industry Experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Comfortable working long days on set (typically 10-12hours) mix of sitting and standing Able to drive as a part of the job, driving to productions locally and regionally Occasional plane travel needed for national and international productions Capable of lifting/moving minimal production equipment (20-30lbs)
