The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing live events from concept through completion. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients, internal departments, vendors, venues, and onsite crews to ensure successful event execution while maintaining profitability, quality standards, and exceptional client service. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical production knowledge, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to lead teams in fast-paced event environments. if you have questions or want to know more about the position please send email to smariani@everlastproductions.com Experience / Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in live event production, corporate events, broadcast, trade shows, or entertainment production. Strong knowledge of audio, video, lighting, LED, scenic, and rigging systems. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and client management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management software, and event production workflows.
