This role is responsible for increasing brand awareness, building referral relationships with pediatric specialists and healthcare providers, managing social media content and engagement, and coordinating community outreach events. The ideal candidate is energetic, relationship-driven, and exceptionally organized, with strong record-keeping skills to track referral sources, enrollment results, marketing analytics, and event performance. This is a part-time position with performance-based bonus opportunities tied directly to new child enrollments generated through the employee's marketing and relationship-building efforts. Compensation Starting pay of $25.00 per hour . $500 performance bonus for each child who is both enrolled and approved for services as a direct result of the employee's marketing, physician outreach, social media, and community engagement efforts. Bonus is paid after the child has completed enrollment and received all required approvals to begin attending. Opportunity for compensation growth based on performance and company expansion. Key ResponsibilitiesPhysician & Referral Relationship Development Establish and maintain professional relationships with: Pediatric neurologists Pulmonologists Gastroenterologists Developmental pediatricians Neonatologists Pediatric hospitals and specialty clinics Case managers and discharge planners Home health agencies and therapy providers Schedule in-person visits, presentations, and outreach meetings with physician offices and healthcare organizations. Deliver marketing materials and educate referral partners on the company's specialized daycare services. Track referral contacts, follow-ups, and outcomes in an organized CRM or spreadsheet. Develop strategic partnerships to generate ongoing referrals. Marketing & Brand Promotion Create and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness among families and healthcare professionals. Develop brochures, flyers, referral packets, and email campaigns. Maintain a monthly marketing plan and outreach calendar. Monitor and report on lead generation and enrollment results. Social Media Production & Engagement Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Produce videos, reels, photos, stories, and graphics that showcase the organization's mission and services. Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly. Track social media analytics, engagement, and conversion metrics. Maintain detailed content calendars and performance reports. Community Events Coordination Plan, organize, and attend all company-sponsored events, community fairs, healthcare conferences, and networking opportunities. Coordinate event logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up communication. Represent the company professionally and enthusiastically at all events. Collect leads and track event outcomes. Record Keeping & Reporting Maintain meticulous records for: Referral contacts and physician visits Enrollment leads and conversions Social media analytics Marketing campaigns Event attendance and results Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing activities, outcomes, and recommendations. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing, business development, physician liaison, healthcare outreach, social media management, or event coordination. Experience working in healthcare, pediatric services, home health, therapy services, or related fields strongly preferred. Proven ability to build professional relationships and generate referrals. Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local outreach. Required Skills & CompetenciesOrganizational Skills Extremely organized and detail-oriented. Results-oriented with the ability to convert relationships into referrals and enrollments. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of physician and referral partner meetings completed. Number of qualified leads generated. Number of children enrolled directly attributable to outreach efforts. Social media growth and engagement metrics. Event attendance and lead conversion. Accuracy and completeness of records and reports. Schedule Requirements Part-time position with flexible hours. Must attend all company-organized events, which may include evenings and weekends.
