Role Description This is a hands-on leadership role combining warehouse operations, inventory management, and event production support . You'll be the backbone of our gear, logistics, and prep ensuring everything is dialed in before it hits show site. You'll work closely with leadership, DJs, MCs, technicians, and external vendors to keep our operation running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Inventory Manage day-to-day warehouse operations Track and maintain inventory of AV, lighting, staging, and event gear Organize, prep, and QC equipment for upcoming events Oversee load-in/load-out prep and returns Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of warehouse Production & Logistics Coordinate gear lists for events with internal team Pack and stage equipment for shows accurately and on time Assist in routing and logistics planning for local and out-of-town events Liaise with AV technicians and external vendors Team & Operations Supervise part-time warehouse staff Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling crew Help implement systems to improve efficiency and scalability Troubleshoot issues quickly and proactively On-Site Support (as needed - additional pay) Assist with event load-ins and builds Serve as a production lead or support tech on select events Ensure execution aligns with Magen Group standards What We're Looking For Experience in event production, AV, or warehouse/logistics management Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple events/projects at once Hands-on, team-first mentality Comfortable lifting/moving equipment and working in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license (box truck experience a plus)
