Job Description
YOUR DAY-DAY
(aka Responsibilities) Manage multimedia projects from initial concept and pre-production through production, post-production, and final delivery. Produce and edit video, audio, graphics, and other multimedia assets for digital, broadcast, social media, and commercial platforms. Collaborate with producers, sales coordinators, technical operators, and other internal partners to ensure successful execution of production assignments. Develop and pitch creative concepts that align with assigned programming, entertainment, promotional, and digital strategies. Coordinate and execute studio, field, and on-location video productions, including setup and operation of video, audio, and lighting equipment. Edit video and audio content using natural sound, graphics, music, and other production elements to enhance storytelling and audience engagement. Prepare and edit video content for daily programming using multiple editing platforms and playback systems. Develop multimedia elements, including graphics, video, and audio, and modify creative artwork as needed. Write scripts, copy, and other supporting content consistent with network and brand standards. Publish and upload video, digital images, and copy to websites, social media platforms, and other digital channels as required. Support live streams and virtual production environments, including technical and production needs for live events. Manage multiple projects and competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Maintain organized production assets and ensure final deliverables meet required technical and creative specifications. Support special projects, productions, and other assignments as directed by management.YOU HAVE
(Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience) Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Production, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. 2-4 years of professional experience in multimedia production, including video, graphics, and/or audio production. Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition. Experience with livestreaming and virtual production environments. Working knowledge of field production, including lighting, video and audio recording, and production equipment. Experience using both PC and Mac operating environments and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to capture and produce quality video content using mobile devices when required. Experience with web design and/or motion graphics tools is a plus. Experience supporting media and technical operations for live events is preferred. Familiarity with production and collaboration platforms such as Monday.com, StreamYard, Grabyo, or similar tools is a plus. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, required. Desired Skills, Qualifications and Experience Strong knowledge of multimedia video production technologies and live production environments. Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently from concept through final delivery. Strong creative storytelling, visual composition, and editorial judgment. Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment. Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across creative, technical, production, and business teams. Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach to work.
