5-8 years About Great Innovations & iFLO™ iFLO™ is a market disruptor in the preventive smart home, HVAC, septic, and appliance cleaning categories. Our patented iFLO® Smart Automated AC Drain Line Cleaning System and iFLO® Automatic Septic Maintenance System are first-of-their-kind solutions that leverage IoT technology to address two of the most common and costly home maintenance issues: A/C breakdowns, drain pan overflows, water damage, and septic system failures. Under the Great Innovations umbrella, we also operate several brands across the household cleaning space and adjacent categories. We operate in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment in which data drives every decision and individual accountability for outcomes is required. The Role We are hiring a Digital Creative Lead to produce the creative assets that power our digital channels. The role owns day-to-day production of static and motion creative across paid social, Amazon, retail partner sites, programmatic, CTV, and our owned ecommerce storefronts. The Digital Creative Lead is hands-on, fast, and accountable for the volume and quality of creative output that ships every week. This role is for an operator who can move from brief to final asset without losing visual standards, who treats performance data as creative input, and who thrives in a fast-paced, fast-growing environment. Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Production Produce static creative assets across product detail pages, Amazon (including A+ and storefront content), retail partner sites, on-site merchandising, and email. Produce motion and short-form video assets for paid social, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, Meta, and CTV, including editing, versioning, and platform-specific cutdowns.Maintain a high-cadence production pipeline:
daily social cuts, weekly merchandising refreshes, and monthly campaign launches. Own visual consistency across the iFLO™ family of brands and ensure every asset meets the established brand standard. Performance Creative Translate performance data, including hook rates, CTR, and conversion data, into creative iterations that improve results. Build and ship test variants across paid social and marketplaces in close coordination with the Ecommerce Manager and paid-media partners. Maintain a working library of templates, layouts, and modular components to accelerate production without sacrificing quality. Cross-Functional Support Co-manage product copy across company sites, retail partner sites, and Amazon, including brand voice and conversion-driving language. Provide creative support to cross-functional teams, including in-field and pro-channel enablement materials. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including freelancers, agencies, and production houses, to keep the pipeline flowing. Qualifications & Skills Fast-Moving Consumer Products Experience. 5-8 years producing digital creative forCPG, DTC
consumer goods, home and hardware, beauty, food and beverage, or comparable fast-cycle categories. Hands-On Production. Strong portfolio demonstrating direct, hands-on production of both static and motion creative across digital channels. Comfortable owning the asset from brief to delivery. Multi-Channel Portfolio. Demonstrated creative experience across paid social (Meta, TikTok), Amazon, retail partner sites, programmatic, CTV, and product detail pages. Performance Orientation. Evaluates creative based on measurable outcomes. Fluent in interpreting test results, hook rates, CTR, and conversion data. Production Volume. Proven ability to manage a high-cadence creative pipeline, including daily social production, weekly merchandising refreshes, and monthly campaign launches. Software Proficiency. Expert-level fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) and Figma. AI Proficiency. Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, and Claude to improve efficiency in concepting and production without compromising quality. Communication. Clear, direct communicator who can take a brief, ask the right questions, and deliver against deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
