Reporting to the Studio Program Manager, the Associate Producer supports the successful development and launch of games by managing production workflows, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring clear communication across the studio. This role bridges creative, technical, and operational needs while maintaining development efficiency and supporting marketing, legal, and live event initiatives. •This is a full time role based from our Headquarters in Duluth, Ga •Key Responsibilities Lead core production activities—including daily standups, sprint planning, game playthroughs, and postmortems—while maintaining development momentum and representing Product leadership. Track development progress, timelines, and milestones to support financial reporting and internal planning. Triage, prioritize, and delegate product requests and developer feedback to keep deliverables on course. Act as the primary liaison between studio team members and Product leadership, coordinating cross-functional collaboration across Product, Creative, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal teams. Regularly review game design documents and product requirements to ensure clear communication of gameplay elements. Create and manage game-specific Jira projects, Confluence pages, Slack channels, scoping documents, tickets, and time logs, to support clear and efficient team communication. Maintain accurate Jira statuses and document processes, meeting notes, workflows, and development progress in Confluence throughout the development lifecycle. Capture and maintain up-to-date gameplay footage and screenshots to support product presentations. Manage trademark-related communications with our internal legal team to ensure compliance. Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required by management. Skills & Expertise Exceptional organizational and project coordination skills in a fast-paced development environment Prior professional experience with Agile development workflows and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet and Slack Proactivity and high attention to detail, with proven excellence in written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to understand and balance creative, technical, and operational priorities Bonus Points for...
