As an Integrated Agency Producer, you'll lead productions from concept through final delivery, partnering with Creative, Account, Strategy, and our clients to deliver work across broadcast, digital, social, audio, and emerging channels. You'll be a trusted production lead, building budgets and schedules, sourcing production partners, navigating union and non-union projects, and keeping productions moving from kickoff to final delivery. You'll know how to balance creative ambition with timelines, budgets, and the unexpected, while bringing a calm, collaborative approach to every project. If you're a proactive communicator and problem solver with exceptional organizational skills, a passion for the production craft, and a deep love for great storytelling, you'll fit right in. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. What You'll Do Lead integrated production projects from kickoff through delivery. Develop production scopes, schedules, budgets, and timelines. Source, triple bid, negotiate, and manage production partners and vendors. Partner with Creative, Account, Business Affairs, Finance, and clients throughout production. Oversee production logistics, talent, contracts, and project documentation. Lead and mentor the in-house content production team. Manage production assets and ensure successful project closeout. What You'll Bring 5+ years of agency or production experience. Experience leading multi-day productions with six- and seven-figure budgets. Strong knowledge of production and post-production workflows. Identifies opportunities to improve production efficiency through emerging technology without compromising creative excellence. Experience managing external production partners and vendors. Exceptional organization, communication, and project management skills. Experience with
SAG-AFTRA
productions and line producing is a plus.
