Role Description The Associate role at NitroX Graphics is a full-time, remote position based in Normal, IL. This role supports day-to-day studio operations, including coordinating design requests, tracking project status, and communicating with clients about requirements and timelines. The Associate will help prepare project briefs, organize assets, and collaborate with designers to ensure deliverables match brand guidelines and performance goals. Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, assisting with basic quality checks, and providing administrative support to keep workflows efficient. The role also involves contributing ideas to improve processes, supporting marketing or social media initiatives as needed, and helping maintain a professional, game-focused studio environment. Qualifications Project coordination and organizational skills, including task tracking, documentation, and deadline management. Customer service and communication skills for interacting with clients, gathering requirements, and providing status updates. Basic understanding of digital design or gaming-related branding (e.g., familiarity with common visual formats and platforms). Comfort with using productivity and collaboration tools (such as project management software, shared drives, and messaging platforms). Ability to work on-site full time in Normal, IL and collaborate effectively with a creative, fast-paced team. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Interest in gaming, streaming, or esports culture; prior experience in a creative or media environment is a plus. Associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as communications, business, media, or design) or equivalent practical experience.
