Back to jobs New Marketing Production Manager Indianapolis, Indiana Apply Now Production Manager - Indianapolis, IN Bring Marketing Ideas to Life Thompson Thrift is seeking a Production Manager based in Indianapolis, IN to lead the production of high-quality marketing deliverables that support our growing real estate organization. In this role, you'll partner with internal teams, provide direction to the Production Artist, and oversee third-party vendors to move marketing projects from planning through final production. From signage and branded merchandise to presentations, print materials, and digital assets, you'll help ensure every deliverable meets Thompson Thrift's standards for quality, accuracy, brand consistency, and business impact. You'll coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage deadlines, provide direction to the Production Artist, and supervise third-party vendors. You'll oversee pre-production and quality control for a variety of marketing deliverables, including presentation and report packages, signage, packaging, branded gifts and merchandise, and digital assets such as maps, renderings, and plans. You'll also manage vendor and supplier relationships, monitor performance and market trends, and help identify opportunities that support business growth. Key Responsibilities Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for marketing deliverables Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet stakeholder needs and support business growth Coordinate project initiatives, communications, launch activities, and deadlines Provide direction to the Production Artist and supervise third-party vendors Oversee pre-production planning for presentations, reports, signage, packaging, branded merchandise, gifts, and digital marketing assets Lead quality control and final approvals before deliverables move into production, including oversight of the printing process Ensure final marketing materials are accurate in color, text, graphics, and overall presentation Manage vendor and supplier relationships, negotiate costs, and ensure the quality of materials and finished products Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports for stakeholders Monitor market trends and conditions and identify new business opportunities Our Ideal Candidate for this Role Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience 2+ years of experience in a marketing-related field, with direct production management experience preferred. Skills & Attributes Strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a passion for technology, and a customer-centric mindset Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Strong supervisory skills with the ability to provide guidance and support Compelling storytelling capabilities Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize projects from concept through launch Strong understanding of pre-press and print production processes Familiarity with product and print management tools and software Knowledge of printing materials, including ink, paper, and substrate type.
