This role will also serve as a key planning/scheduling stakeholder in Project Elevate, the Company's ERP migration from Oracle EBS to
SAP S/4HANA.

Job Responsibilities Prepare schedules and allocate resources across internal and contract manufacturing facilities to meet delivery commitments, improving quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and on-time performance In collaboration with Operations leadership, own capacity models and forecasts, including rough-cut and detailed capacity planning and available-to-promise (ATP) analysis tying open sales orders to inventory and open supply. Proactively make recommendations to facilitate optimal production footprint based on sales forecasts Proactively identify potential operational bottlenecks and/or stranded capacity across production facilities and distribution centers, including inbound/outbound throughput and inventory-holding constraints Participate in corporate S&OP process, actively collaborate with Sales and Operations to optimize production Serve as the planning & scheduling workstream lead for Project Elevate, the Company's ERP migration from Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA, including documenting current-state processes and defining future-state scheduling and capacity requirements Partner with Finance and plant leadership to reconcile capacity and labor standards against standard cost variance reporting Utilize Company ERP systems (currently Oracle EBS, transitioning to
SAP S/4HANA
) to schedule operations, and analyze data used in making business decisions. Utilize Windows desktop applications to prepare reports and analysis as required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in relevant field 5-10 years of previous experience in manufacturing or supply chain roles Demonstrated experience in planning and scheduling for a multi-site operation Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle EBS or SAP (S/4HANA preferred); prior involvement in an ERP implementation or migration is a plus Experience with rough-cut capacity planning (RCCP) and available-to-promise (ATP) methodologies Advanced skills in Excel, demonstrated experience in scenario planning and modelling Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, Python, or other advanced data analysis tools Excellent leadership and communication skills This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of all activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the associate.
