The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process across the shop, warehouse, and assembly departments at Elevation3D. This role ensures efficient operations, high-quality output, and alignment with company goals. The Production Manager leads and develops department leaders, drives performance through KPI tracking, and implements strategic initiatives to improve productivity, safety, and profitability.Key Responsibilities:
Production Oversight Oversee daily operations of the shop, warehouse, and assembly departments Own capacity planning and labor allocation across all active projects Ensure production schedules are met on time and within budget Balance labor resources across departments to minimize overtime and external labor reliance Coordinate production priorities based on project needs communicated through Production Leads Ensure all production areas maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and visual order, supporting safe and efficient operations Leadership & Team Management Directly manage and support the Shop Foreman, Warehouse Manager, and Assembly Leads Hold department leaders accountable for execution, staffing efficiency, and quality outcomes Provide leadership, coaching, and development to all production staff Foster a culture of accountability, safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement Address employee relations matters in partnership with HR Performance Management Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all production areas Use data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement Conduct annual performance reviews based on ongoing employee performance and documented feedback Set clear goals and expectations for team members and department leaders Strategic Planning & Process Improvement Develop and implement strategies to improve production quality while maintaining cost efficiencies Develop scalable production models to support increasing project volume and complexity Identify and execute process improvements across departments Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning Support scaling efforts as the company grows Quality & Safety Ensure all production activities meet quality standards and client expectations Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment Partner with leadership to continuously improve safety practicesRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Operations, Manufacturing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in production or manufacturing management Experience managing multiple departments and leaders Strong understanding of production workflows, logistics, and assembly processes Proven ability to lead teams and drive performanceSalary:
